To maintain a high-quality marketplace, all vendors must comply with the following policies. By opening a shop and listing products, you agree to these rules.

📌 1. General Seller Guidelines

✅ You must own the rights to the designs you sell.
✅ Your products must meet our quality standards (see below).
✅ No plagiarism, duplicates, or near-identical variations of other sellers’ work.
✅ You must comply with all copyright and licensing laws.
✅ Refunds are only allowed under specific conditions (see refund policy).

🚨 Breaking these rules can result in listing removal or account suspension.

🎨 2. Allowed & Prohibited Products

✅ Allowed Products:

✔ High-quality original digital designs (illustrations, graphics, templates, etc.)
✔ AI-generated art only if refined and error-free (see AI policy below).
✔ Editable design files (PSD, AI, SVG, PNG, etc.).
✔ Fonts, mockups, and digital assets you created.

❌ Prohibited Products:

🚫 Stolen, copied, or slightly modified versions of existing works.
🚫 Traced or recolored designs from stock sites (e.g., Shutterstock, Freepik).
🚫 AI-generated images with glaring errors (e.g., distorted faces, missing limbs).
🚫 Trademarked or copyrighted material (e.g., Disney, Nike, celebrity images).

🚨 Listings violating these policies will be removed without notice. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

🖼️ 3. No Duplicate or Plagiarized Products

To keep our marketplace diverse and fair, we do not allow duplicate or overly similar products.

🔎 We actively monitor for:
❌ Duplicate or near-identical designs listed by the same or different vendors.
❌ Listings with the same title, description, or preview images.
❌ “Slight modifications” of another seller’s design (color changes, minor edits, etc.).

📌 Tip: If you’re inspired by another artist, make it unique! Just tweaking colors or slightly modifying an existing work is not allowed.

🚨 Violations may lead to product removal and potential account suspension.

🤖 4. AI-Generated Designs Policy

AI-generated designs are allowed but must be high-quality and free of major flaws.

✅ AI-Generated Designs Must:

✔ Look professional and well-refined (e.g., no distorted faces, missing fingers).
✔ Not be low-effort “mass uploads” of slightly different AI generations.
✔ Be legally licensed (check the terms of the AI tool you use).

🚨 Poor-quality AI designs will be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

💰 5. Pricing & Licensing Rules

Each product must offer two pricing options:
💳 Standard License – For personal and small business use.
💳 Extended License – For commercial resale and larger businesses.

📌 You must accurately price your products and select the correct license. Misleading license descriptions may result in product removal.

🛑 6. No Reselling Without Major Modification

You cannot resell purchased designs without significant changes.
❌ You CANNOT: Buy a clipart, upload it as-is, and sell it as your own.
✅ You CAN: Use purchased assets to create a new, original design.

📢 Etsy Compliance Notice: If selling designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) on Etsy, you must follow Etsy’s Handmade Policy:

Etsy does NOT allow selling pre-made designs printed on products using a third-party service (unless significant modification is made).

🚀 7. Vendor Fees & Earnings

🛒 Designs & People offers a low-commission model with no listing fees!

📌 Payouts are made weekly via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.

📦 8. Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
✅ The file is corrupt or incomplete.
✅ The product is not as described.

🚨 Refunds are NOT allowed for:
❌ Buyer changes mind.
❌ Accidental purchase.
❌ Download issues (buyers should check their internet connection).

📌 Disputes must be handled through customer support. Repeated refund disputes may lead to vendor suspension.

📢 9. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

✅ Vendors can promote their shop on social media.
✅ You may offer discounts and coupons through your Vendor Dashboard.
❌ No misleading promotions (e.g., fake “50% off” sales that never end).

🚨 Violations will lead to the removal of promotional content.

🔧 10. Account Suspension & Policy Violations

Failure to comply with these policies may result in:
🚫 Product removal (without notice).
⛔ Temporary or permanent account suspension for repeated violations.
❌ Legal action for serious copyright violations.
