Designers retain copyright to all original work sold on the Website.

2. License Types

• Commercial License (Standard License)
  • Buyer may use the design for business-related projects, including marketing and branding.
  • Cannot resell, redistribute, or transfer the design to a third party.
  • Limited print runs up to 200 separate units.
• Extended Commercial License
  • Buyer has full commercial rights, including resale and redistribution.
  • Unlimited print runs and digital distribution.
  • Buyer may modify the design but cannot claim ownership or trademark it as their own.

3. Unauthorized Use

• Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or claim designs as their own unless explicitly permitted.
• Unauthorized use may result in account suspension and legal action.
